The Farm Villa di Gragnone is at about 4 minutes from the historic centre of Arezzo and is partly located in the natural park of Lignano, where the stream Vingone runs through. In the past this stream used to move the old oil mill of the farm. The villa is formed by a main building of great historical and architectural value once used as a fortalice, it stands on the ruins of a medieval fortalice. Next to this building there is a chapel dedicated to the birth of the Blessed Virgin. Inside the villa it is possible to admire the beautiful fresco "The Annunciation" by Spinello Aretino. In the villa there are 2 suites, all at the same floor, and 4 more located in 2 floors. In the property there are also 4 independent apartments and a swimming pool from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over Gragnone valley.
